Clip On Mounts - 10 Pack

These clips are specifically designed to mount our line of 'Roofline' props but, since they use a standard 1/4" hole, they can be used to provide a mounting point on EMT or PVC pipe for most anything, within reason. Each connector includes 2 Locking Pins which fit through the hole in the connector and snap into our 'Roofline' props. Props can also be secured to the connector using a zip tie or 1" x 1/4" bolt and nut. The connector has a recessed hole for the head of the bolt to sit in so the nut can be tightened without needing to hold the bolt.

Package Includes 10 Clip On Mounts and 20 Locking Pins Locking pins are generally reusable but may loosen after a couple of uses and are considered consumable so you may want to order extras. Locking pins work well for quick mounting but, if props will be mounted in a windy area, you may need to use a zip tie or bolt to securely hold the props in place.

Clip On Mounts and Locking Pins are available in black or white. If you need a different color, please send a message. Custom colors may require an additional charge.

Mounting:

There are 2 types of mounts:

- Side Mount: The clip secures to the pipe from the side, allowing a little more space behind the prop and holding the top of the prop about even with the mounting pipe. This is helpful if you have your mounting pipe relatively close to the surface behind it or when you want to make a little room for the wires on bullet pixels. The locking pin or bolt need to be in place before clipping these on. Note that Side Mount clips work well for the lightweight bulbs but heavier props may cause them to slip a bit. Consider the Hanging Mount clip in these cases.

- Hanging Mount: The clip secures to the pipe from the bottom, allowing the prop to hang below the mounting pipe a bit. The locking pin or bolt can be inserted after the clip is in place.

Products are (mostly) printed upon ordering. We're not running a full blown 3D Printing shop so products may take 1 to 2 weeks (or longer) before shipping. If you need something in your hands sooner than 2-4 weeks, please contact us first to check on availability and timeframes. When we get closer to season, these products will very likely be unavailable so please order with plenty of lead time. Thanks!

3D printing can be a fickle beast. Sometimes parts come out beautiful with no effort and sometimes a minor blob of plastic is dropped where it shouldn't be or an edge doesn't completely adhere to the print bed, causing some minor fuzz on the corner. While we make every effort to print perfectly every time, it's just the nature of 3D printing, especially in multiple colors, for there to be a hiccup here or there. Nothing will ever be shipped that we wouldn't put in our own display, but 3D printed items may sometimes have minor imperfections that do not affect the overall look or function of the item.
